I actually have a Flame Artifact that has the same stats except mine is for fire magic.
Which is awesome since my second character is a W/E specializing in fire magic.... |

There is a Soul Reaping attribute, the problem is there are no Soul Reaping skills.

Ya there is some completely ridiculous items in guild wars. Like a strength required sheild that gives a bonus to divine favor... I bet you there is a noob out there willing to buy it for like 1k.
